Every Sunday Balgan restaurant opens for a colourful brunch! In the menu of this gastronomic encounter, a superb selection of hot and cold food, which reminds those sweet and savoury tastes of Mediterrean cuisine. The interior design is by the French architect Dorothée Meilichzon . On the plate you’ll find Cuban brad, courgettes cream, pickled peppers. In the register of specialities you’ll receive many surprises: “Bar à la persian”, “Ris de veau au doudou”, “Shishbarak” ….and to end, get amazed by the sweetness of a Tahini ice cream (sesame cream) or a Malabi (a revisted panna cotta) together with a fresh layer of red fruits.
